Fudgy chocolate cake instructions




Preheat your oven to 140°c if fan forced otherwise 160°c if not

Melt together butter, choc, coffee and 125ml water in a saucepan on low. If doing in the microwave then in small increments and stir in between until melted together (try not to get the mixture too hot or chocolate will burn)

Sift all dry ingredients together

Whisk together eggs and yoghurt in a separate bowl

Pour egg mixture into the drys and then add the chocolate mixture

Pour into baking tins and add any variations (e.g dot in frozen berries)


Bring cream to the boil lightly and remove from heat and pour over the chocolate. Mix until all combined and smooth.
